Our technology platform

We have developed an agile, global technology platform which incorporates deep inventory connections to our rail and coach carrier partners and provides a bespoke multi-carrier, multi-modal search system. This gives our customers access to the broadest range of fares and ticket types and offers a seamless and intuitive user experience via our mobile app and website.

We leverage our scale in data to create unique AI-driven features

Approximately 2–3 terabytes of data are processed via our platform every day; more than 154 billion prices and tickets are shown in searches on our platform every year; and we track approximately 1 billion train movements annually. We leverage our scale in data to create unique AI-driven features like Price Prediction, Delay Prediction and “BusyBot”, and our comprehensive post-sale functionality.
